BalMed adalah aplikasi pencatatan dan pemantauan pertumbuhan anak yang digunakan oleh kader Posyandu serta orang tua. Aplikasi ini mencatat pengukuran anak dari waktu ke waktu — berat, tinggi, lingkar kepala — lalu menampilkannya sebagai riwayat dan grafik.
Kebijakan ini dikelola oleh Balmed Indonesia dan berlaku untuk dua hal: aplikasi BalMed di Android dan iOS, serta situs balmedindonesia.com. Bila Anda memakai salah satunya, kebijakan ini berlaku untuk Anda.
Ada dua jenis akun. Akun Posyandu dipakai kader untuk mencatat banyak anak di satu Posyandu. Akun Pribadi dipakai orang tua untuk mencatat anak dalam keluarganya sendiri.
BalMed is a child growth monitoring app used by Posyandu (community health post) cadres and by parents. It records a child's measurements over time — weight, height, head circumference — and presents them as a history and a growth chart.
This policy is maintained by Balmed Indonesia and covers two things: the BalMed app on Android and iOS, and the balmedindonesia.com website. If you use either, this policy applies to you.
There are two account types. A Posyandu account is used by cadres to record many children at one health post. A Personal account is used by a parent to record the children in their own family.

Yang tidak kami kumpulkan: lokasi Anda, daftar kontak, foto, mikrofon, kamera, riwayat penelusuran, maupun pengenal iklan. Aplikasi BalMed tidak memuat SDK iklan ataupun analitik pihak ketiga.
What we do not collect: your location, contact list, photos, microphone, camera, browsing history, or advertising identifiers. The BalMed app contains no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.
03Cara kami menggunakannyaHow we use it
Data yang Anda masukkan dipakai hanya untuk menjalankan aplikasi:
- Menyimpan riwayat pengukuran anak agar bisa dilihat lagi kemudian.
- Menghitung status gizi dan menggambar grafik pertumbuhan.
- Menampilkan jadwal imunisasi.
- Membuat laporan Excel atau PDF yang tersimpan ke perangkat Anda.
- Memastikan setiap akun hanya bisa membuka datanya sendiri.
Kami tidak memakai data Anda untuk iklan, tidak menjualnya, dan tidak memakainya untuk membuat profil komersial tentang Anda atau anak Anda.
The data you enter is used only to run the app:
- Storing a child's measurement history so it can be reviewed later.
- Calculating nutritional status and drawing the growth chart.
- Displaying the immunisation schedule.
- Producing Excel or PDF reports saved to your own device.
- Ensuring each account can only open its own data.
We do not use your data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not use it to build commercial profiles about you or your child.
04Izin perangkatDevice permissions

The app requests the following permissions, and only for the stated purpose:
Bluetooth
Menghubungkan aplikasi ke timbangan digital agar berat terisi otomatis. Kami tidak memindai perangkat lain untuk tujuan apa pun selain ini.
Lokasi
Sistem Android mewajibkan izin lokasi sebelum aplikasi apa pun boleh memindai perangkat Bluetooth. Itu satu-satunya alasan izin ini diminta. Lokasi Anda tidak dibaca, tidak disimpan, dan tidak dikirim ke server kami.
Penyimpanan & berkas
Menyimpan laporan Excel dan PDF yang Anda buat ke penyimpanan perangkat. Kami tidak membaca berkas lain di perangkat Anda.
Internet & status jaringan
Menyinkronkan catatan dengan server agar data tetap ada bila Anda berganti perangkat.
Bluetooth
Connects the app to a digital scale so weight is filled in automatically. We do not scan for other devices for any purpose beyond this.
Location
Android requires location permission before any app is allowed to scan for Bluetooth devices. That is the only reason this permission is requested. Your location is never read, stored, or transmitted to our servers.
Storage & files
Saves the Excel and PDF reports you generate to your device storage. We do not read other files on your device.
Internet & network state
Synchronises records with the server so your data survives changing devices.
05Berbagi dataData sharing
Kami tidak menjual, menyewakan, atau menukarkan data Anda kepada siapa pun. Data tidak dibagikan kepada pengiklan atau pialang data.
Data hanya dapat dibuka oleh:
- Anda sendiri, lewat akun Anda.
- Kader Posyandu tempat data itu dicatat, bila Anda memakai akun Posyandu.
- Staf teknis kami yang berwenang, terbatas untuk pemeliharaan dan penanganan gangguan.
- Pihak berwenang, hanya bila diwajibkan oleh hukum yang berlaku.
Data disimpan pada server yang kami kelola sendiri, bukan layanan pihak ketiga.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to anyone. It is not shared with advertisers or data brokers.
Data can only be opened by:
- You, through your own account.
- The Posyandu cadre where the record was made, if you use a Posyandu account.
- Our authorised technical staff, strictly for maintenance and fault handling.
- Authorities, only where required by applicable law.
Data is held on servers we operate ourselves, not on a third-party service.
06Penyimpanan & retensi dataData storage & retention
Kami menyimpan data Anda selama akun Anda masih aktif. Kami tidak menetapkan masa kedaluwarsa dan tidak menghapus catatan secara otomatis.
Alasannya melekat pada fungsi aplikasi: nilai sebuah catatan pertumbuhan justru terletak pada rentang waktunya. Grafik yang membandingkan berat anak hari ini dengan enam bulan lalu hanya berguna bila catatan lama masih ada. Menghapusnya otomatis akan merusak fungsi utama aplikasi.
Rinciannya:
- Akun, profil anak, orang tua, pengukuran, dan imunisasi — disimpan selama akun aktif, sampai Anda menghapusnya sendiri atau meminta penghapusan akun.
- Log teknis server — terhapus otomatis setelah maksimal 30 hari.
- Token sesi di perangkat — hilang saat Anda keluar dari akun atau menghapus aplikasi.
- Berkas laporan Excel/PDF — tersimpan di perangkat Anda, bukan di server kami. Anda yang mengendalikannya sepenuhnya.
Anda tidak perlu menunggu kami. Kapan pun Anda ingin data berhenti disimpan, hapus lewat aplikasi atau ajukan permintaan — caranya ada di bagian 7. Penghapusan bersifat permanen dari basis data aktif kami dan tidak dapat dibatalkan.
We retain your data for as long as your account remains active. We set no expiry period and do not delete records automatically.
The reason is built into what the app does: a growth record is valuable precisely because it spans time. A chart comparing a child's weight today against six months ago only works if the older entries still exist. Deleting them automatically would break the app's core purpose.
In detail:
- Account, child profiles, parents, measurements, and immunisation records — kept while the account is active, until you delete them yourself or request account deletion.
- Server technical logs — automatically deleted after a maximum of 30 days.
- Session token on your device — gone when you sign out or uninstall the app.
- Excel/PDF report files — saved on your own device, not our servers. They remain entirely under your control.
You do not have to wait for us. Whenever you want data to stop being stored, delete it in the app or submit a request — see section 7. Deletion is permanent from our active database and cannot be undone.
07Menghapus data AndaDeleting your data
Ada dua cara, tergantung seberapa banyak yang ingin Anda hapus. Keduanya gratis.
There are two routes, depending on how much you want removed. Both are free of charge.
Cara 1 — Hapus sebagian data, langsung di aplikasi
Bisa Anda lakukan sendiri sekarang juga, tanpa menghubungi kami:
- Data anak — buka menu Data Anak, pilih anak, ketuk ikon hapus, lalu konfirmasi.
- Data orang tua — buka menu Data Orang Tua, pilih data, ketuk ikon hapus. Perlu diketahui: menghapus data orang tua ikut menghapus data anak yang terhubung dengannya.
- Data keluarga (akun Pribadi) — buka menu Data Keluarga, pilih data, ketuk ikon hapus.
Data yang dihapus lewat cara ini langsung terhapus permanen dari server kami.
Cara 2 — Hapus seluruh akun beserta isinya
Penghapusan akun belum tersedia sebagai tombol di dalam aplikasi, jadi ajukan permintaan kepada kami. Kirim pesan ke alamat di bawah ini dengan subjek “Permintaan Penghapusan Akun BalMed”:
Sertakan keterangan berikut supaya kami bisa memastikan Anda pemilik akunnya:
- Nama lengkap Anda.
- Alamat email yang terdaftar di aplikasi.
- Jenis akun: Posyandu atau Pribadi.
- Nama Posyandu, bila Anda memakai akun Posyandu.
Apa yang terjadi setelah Anda mengirim permintaan
- Kami membalas untuk memverifikasi bahwa permintaan itu benar dari pemilik akun.
- Setelah terverifikasi, kami menghapus akun beserta seluruh isinya: profil anak, data orang tua dan keluarga, seluruh riwayat pengukuran, catatan imunisasi, dan profil Posyandu milik Anda.
- Penghapusan diselesaikan selambat-lambatnya 30 hari kalender sejak permintaan terverifikasi.
- Kami mengirim konfirmasi ke email Anda setelah penghapusan selesai.
- Penghapusan bersifat permanen. Data yang sudah dihapus tidak dapat dipulihkan, jadi ekspor dulu laporan Excel/PDF bila Anda masih membutuhkan riwayatnya.
Satu pengecualian: bila ada kewajiban hukum yang mengharuskan kami menahan catatan tertentu, catatan itu kami simpan hanya selama kewajiban tersebut berlaku, lalu kami hapus. Kami akan memberi tahu Anda bila hal ini terjadi.
Route 1 — Delete individual records, inside the app
You can do this yourself right now, without contacting us:
- Child records — open the Data Anak (Child Data) menu, select the child, tap the delete icon, confirm.
- Parent records — open the Data Orang Tua (Parent Data) menu, select the record, tap the delete icon. Note: deleting a parent record also deletes the child records linked to it.
- Family records (Personal accounts) — open the Data Keluarga (Family Data) menu, select the record, tap the delete icon.
Records removed this way are permanently deleted from our servers immediately.
Route 2 — Delete your entire account and everything in it
Account deletion is not yet available as an in-app button, so please send us a request. Write to the address below with the subject “BalMed Account Deletion Request”:
Please include the following so we can confirm you own the account:
- Your full name.
- The email address registered in the app.
- Account type: Posyandu or Personal.
- The health post name, if you use a Posyandu account.
What happens after you send a request
- We reply to verify the request genuinely comes from the account owner.
- Once verified, we delete the account and everything in it: child profiles, parent and family records, the full measurement history, immunisation records, and your health post profile.
- Deletion is completed within 30 calendar days at the latest from the moment the request is verified.
- We send a confirmation to your email once deletion is complete.
- Deletion is permanent. Deleted data cannot be restored, so export your Excel/PDF reports first if you still need the history.
One exception: where a legal obligation requires us to hold particular records, we keep only those records for as long as the obligation lasts, and delete them afterwards. We will tell you if this applies to your request.
08KeamananSecurity
- Kata sandi disimpan sebagai hash BCrypt. Kami tidak pernah menyimpan kata sandi dalam bentuk aslinya dan tidak dapat membacanya.

- Passwords are stored as BCrypt hashes. We never store passwords in their original form and cannot read them.
- Every server request is ownership-checked, so one account cannot open another account's data.
- Traffic between the app and the server is encrypted over HTTPS.
- Staff access to the server is restricted and logged.
No system is completely immune. If a data breach occurs that affects you, we will notify you at your registered email address.
09Data anakChildren's data
Aplikasi ini memang dibuat untuk mencatat data anak. Kami menyampaikannya terus terang karena itulah inti fungsinya, bukan efek samping.
- Anak tidak membuat akun dan tidak memakai aplikasi ini sendiri.
- Data anak dimasukkan oleh orang tua atau wali, atau oleh kader Posyandu yang berwenang mencatat di wilayahnya.
- Orang tua atau wali berhak melihat, mengoreksi, dan menghapus data anaknya kapan saja — lihat bagian 7.
- Data anak tidak pernah dipakai untuk iklan, penargetan, maupun profil komersial.
Bila Anda orang tua atau wali dan menemukan data anak Anda tercatat tanpa persetujuan Anda, hubungi kami dan data itu akan kami hapus.
This app exists to record children's data. We state that plainly because it is the core function, not a side effect.
- Children do not create accounts and do not use this app themselves.
- A child's data is entered by a parent or guardian, or by a Posyandu cadre authorised to keep records in their area.
- Parents and guardians may view, correct, and delete their child's data at any time — see section 7.
- Children's data is never used for advertising, targeting, or commercial profiling.
If you are a parent or guardian and find your child's data recorded without your consent, contact us and we will delete it.

11Perubahan kebijakanChanges to this policy
Bila kebijakan ini berubah, kami memperbarui tanggal berlaku dan nomor versi di bagian atas halaman. Untuk perubahan yang berdampak besar pada data Anda — misalnya jenis data baru yang dikumpulkan atau perubahan masa penyimpanan — kami memberitahukannya di dalam aplikasi sebelum berlaku. Versi berlaku saat ini: 2.0, 22 Juli 2026.
If this policy changes, we update the effective date and version number at the top of the page. For changes that materially affect your data — such as new categories of data collected or a change in retention — we will notify you in the app before they take effect. Current version: 2.0, 22 July 2026.
